Delicious filet mignon recipe with chestnut crust, simple and easy to make!
Your ingredient list
olive oil to taste
1 kg and 200 g of filet mignon
salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of ambient butter
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup crushed chestnuts
1 tablespoon of green seasoning
1/2 tablespoon oregano
1/2 tablespoon rosemary
Let's start:
In a very hot skillet, put the olive oil and seal the meat on all sides.
Transfer to a cutting board and season with salt and pepper.
Reserve.
In a bowl, place the butter, breadcrumbs, chestnuts, green seasoning, oregano, rosemary and mix well to form a crumbs.
Spread this farofinha over the meat, squeezing it well and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for twenty-five minutes or until you reach the point you like best. Now it's time to enjoy this wonder!
