Flank steak roasted with butter and garlic

Your ingredient list

  • 850 g of flank steak without the fat

  • salt to taste

  • pepper to taste

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 2 tablespoons of butter


Let's start:


  1. In a bowl, place the flank steak and season with salt and pepper. Reserve.

  2. In a pot, mix the garlic with the butter at room temperature.

  3. Place the flank steak on a platter and brush with butter.

  4. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
