Meat roast with potatoes and cheese

Your ingredient list

  • 4 medium potatoes

  • 600 g of meat

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 tablespoon of salt

  • 1 pinch of black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 200 g grated mozzarella

  • oregano to taste

Let's start:

  1. Gather all the ingredients

  2. Cut the potatoes and meat into cubes and place them in a refractory. Also add the salt, pepper, paprika, onion, olive oil, and mix everything.

  3. Cover the refractory with aluminum paper, and take it to the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 40 to 50 minutes.

  4. Remove the foil, add the grated cheese over the meat and potatoes, sprinkle with oregano, and return the refractory to the oven for another 15 minutes.
